Introducing the Enneagram

A framework for self-awareness, relationships, and communication

The Enneagram is a well-established framework for understanding how people habitually think, feel, and respond to the world around them. It describes nine distinct patterns of attention and motivation, each reflecting a different way of making sense of experience.

At its core, the Enneagram supports:

  • greater self-awareness

  • clearer communication

  • deeper understanding of others

Rather than explaining what we do, the Enneagram helps illuminate why we do it — particularly under stress, in relationships, and when patterns begin to repeat.

This framework is used gently within Walk & Talk sessions and can also be explored more fully through ongoing online conversations.
